Individual sessions are charged at $210 for 50-55 minutes.

If you are referred by your GP under a Mental Health Care Plan or by your psychiatrist, or your child is referred by your GP or their paediatrician, you can obtain a Medicare rebate for our services. Rebates for sessions with a registered psychologist are $93.35.

Medicare rebates are automatically processed once your session is invoiced and your payment is processed.

Most private health funds also offer rebates for psychological services. It's important to contact your private health insurance provider directly to inquire about the specific details of your policy, including the level of psychology coverage, rebates, waiting periods, and any limitations or exclusions that may apply.

Fees for report writing, attendance at school or other agency meetings, and additional consultations with external parties are also available on request. Charges for these services can be discussed with your psychologist.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change your appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee. Unfortunately, these cancellation fees are not claimable through Medicare.

Fees for assessments vary and are dependent on the duration and complexity of the referral.

All assessments include a feedback session.

Generally, Medicare does not provide rebates for assessments. However, please check with your private health fund provider if a rebate for psychological assessments is available.
